A Letter from Hark

Hi,

I’m Harkirat Singh — though most people just call me Hark — and thank you for taking the time to read this letter.

This isn’t a typical cover letter. This is something more honest and personal. I’ve written it to give you a fuller picture of who I am — not just as someone who writes code, but as someone who cares deeply about people, values kindness, and builds with purpose.

I believe that behind every system, every team, and every job application — there are humans.
And it’s humans who make everything work. The companies we build, the tools we use, and the products we love — none of it would exist without people, without connection.

That’s why I’m writing this — not to recite my resume (you already have that), but to show you the person behind it.
In the sections below, I’ve shared my journey with full transparency:

  • Where I come from
  • What I’ve built
  • What I believe in
  • And how I think I can grow and give back

Everything here is real — backed with links, examples, and stories — because authenticity matters to me.
Without that, words mean nothing.

☕️ Open Invitation

If any of this resonates with you — and if you’d like to know me beyond the screen — I’d love to meet in person.
I can come to your office, we can grab coffee, or even just have a casual chat over Zoom, Teams, Meet, or whatever you prefer. Coffee’s on me. 😊

Whether it’s to talk about tech, life, my journey, or how I think about building for humans — I’d genuinely love the conversation.

So thank you again for being here.
I hope by the end of this letter, you feel like you’ve truly met me.

Warmly,
Hark.
